Meet The Founder
Hi there, my name is Cole. I have worked in mainstream and special needs education for over 35 years; including 10 years in headship. This has given me a personal understanding of, and empathy for, the struggles that schools and leaders encounter.
I truly believe that no school is beyond repair and that no leader should ever feel beyond their depth or alone. To help with this, I have been working with schools and leaders across the country for over 20 years, equipping them with the skills that they need to achieve ambitious goals and reach their fullest potential.
